WORST landlord ever.

I would strongly advise against renting here. While the apartment may initially look appealing with its high ceilings, that’s where the positives end. Everything is old and poorly maintained, with cosmetic paint jobs used to cover up deeper issues.
The landlord, Jonathan, was extremely unresponsive. Texts and calls were consistently ignored, and when something broke, you were essentially left to figure it out on your own. There was no sense of urgency or responsibility when it came to basic ...

The building itself has serious problems. There were ongoing issues with roaches, and it didn’t feel like management enforced any standards, tenants seemed to be able to do whatever they wanted. The electrical system is outdated, and the fuse would trip constantly, which became a regular inconvenience.
Temperature control was another major issue. The apartment is poorly insulated, making winters uncomfortably cold with heaters that barely worked, and summers just as bad with ineffective AC.
The rent might seem reasonable at first glance, but it feels like it’s priced that way to mask all of these underlying problems. In reality, it’s not worth it for the level of neglect and discomfort you end up dealing with.
