Maintenance and Resident Events
May 8, 2026I have lived here for 3 years and for all my maintenance requests over the years have been completed in less than 24 hours. If I put one in during the morning, it will be completed before I come back from classes. Not to mention it is across the street from campus! This property also does frequent resident events where they give away food, drinks, or prizes. They are always very fun to go to and all completely free for residents.Property Manager Responded

Fantastic apartment!!
May 5, 2026The Staff are so nice and they actually take time to say hi to you. Sam, Ian, will, and Spencer are my favorite people. Maintenance is speedy but rarely needed in the apartments. The pool deck and game room are awesome and management does something for the community at least once a month. Just last month, it was s’mores and a fire pit. Love this place. Highly recommend because it’s also close to campus. If ur an engineer, it’s like a 20 minute walk to your farthest building. It’s also really ...close to the college gymProperty Manager Responded

March 22, 20262700 is very accommodating to needs. I have been very impressed with the timeliness of the apartment and the maintenance. After reaching out, they get back very fast and are happy to answer questions. There have been a few issues here and there but they are always quickly resolved. The amenities are also great.
