March 22, 20262700 is very accommodating to needs. I have been very impressed with the timeliness of the apartment and the maintenance. After reaching out, they get back very fast and are happy to answer questions. There have been a few issues here and there but they are always quickly resolved. The amenities are also great. The quality is amazing. Everything in my unit and in the entire building is very nice. The location is perfect because it's right next to campus. December 9, 2025Things have definitely gotten better here at 2700 Lincoln since my last review! I am happy to report that the apartment is fully functional after a rocky start with the HVAC system in the summer heat. The overall building is almost always clean and tidy, and the strange hallway smells have decreased dramatically as the months have passed. The walls are still a bit thin, and people are noisy at night. It would be nice if the first floor walls actually went floor to ceiling, as there is a gap at ...the top that allows noise, cold drafts, and bugs to enter the apartment, but otherwise we are once again in love with our unit!Property Manager Responded

The best campus community!!
October 28, 2025I LOVE it here! Being close enough to walk to campus is the biggest plus for me, and the study rooms are also a really great feature. They have some super fun community events every month, which has been a great way to meet people! Would recommend 100 times out of 10!Property Manager Responded
