January 3, 2026Seriously!!! What is the point of the emergency maintenance line if nobody ever comes??? This is the third time I have called the emergency maintenance line and nobody has came. You are supposed to have a maintenance on call regardless on if it's a weekend or holiday. Last time, my air wasn't working. This time, my lights were off and I reported the outage to Alabama power, they said my lights were working just fine. I also checked the breaker. This apartment is ridiculous, overpriced and just ...want to get over on residents just for money...Also, if you are wanting to wash and use the laundry room, you're better off going to a local Laundromat because their dryers have been out for months and they refuse to get them fixed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
