The best apartment building and community in DC!
July 2, 2025I've really enjoyed living in this building. It's right across from the Woodley Park metro station on the red line, which makes getting around the city very easy. The neighborhood is great—there are several fantastic restaurants, cozy bakeries, and the zoo is just a 10-minute walk away. The building itself has a lot of character, and the units are surprisingly spacious—something that’s becoming rare in DC. But the best part by far is the building staff, especially Santos and Seve. They go out of ...their way to help, always respond quickly, and bring a real sense of warmth and community to the place. They're a big part of why I’ve loved living here.Property Manager Responded

2701: A Gem
June 24, 2025Located steps away from the Woodley Park Metro, 2701 is a quiet, relaxed and happy place to live. The apartments are well maintained with very basic kitchens. The building, both inside and out, is superbly cared for and clean. Landscaping is well done. Santos, the manager is top-notch and Seve does a super job with building upkeep. Community focused residence in lovely Woodley Park neighborhood
July 22, 20232701 has felt like home since the first day I moved in 5 years ago. Not only is the location ideal (across the street from the metro) and the building charming (100+ years of character), but the people are truly wonderful. Santos, Seve, and Aaron are polite, professional, and excellent at their jobs. They are quick to respond should you have a maintenance request and are always working to keep the complex in tip-top shape. The rooms are luxuriously spacious and get plenty of light from the ...numerous windows. The overall building size makes you feel like you are part of a community instead of a number in a massive apartment complex. Superb staff, exceptional management
June 23, 2023I can’t describe how great it is to live in this building. I’ve been here for 8 years — the building is always clean, and the staff is superb. The management team here led by Santos and Dennis is exceptional. They are friendly, responsive, and always go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel valued and well taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they make an effort to organize community events, fostering a sense of belonging among residents. Incredible Building, Incredible People
May 19, 2023After living here for several years, I can't speak more highly of the building, location, and above all: the building staff! 2701 Connecticut Ave is a beautiful apartment building directly across from the Red Line metro, with access to Rock Creek Park and a robust community with new restaurants on the block. Great apartment in a great location
January 20, 2023I lived in this building for many years. My apartment had a good amount of space, got great light, was very quiet, and was very reasonably priced. The staff (Santos, Seve, and Dennis) were great -- always very kind and helpful. Outstanding Place to Call Home
September 26, 20222701 Connecticut was my absolute best of many renting experiences in DC and elsewhere. Dennis, Santos, Seve and the entire team made being a tenant easy and a great experience. The management was very communicative, kept the common areas immaculately clean, and provided just outstanding service during my two years living in the building. This is a perfect building to live in if you want access to the best of NW DC including Rock Creek Park, the strips of great shops and restaurants in Adams ...Morgan, DuPont, Cleveland Park and beyond, and easy accessibility to downtown.
