November 28, 2025So bad. I’ve lived here for 2 months. There was no hot water for 2 weekends and now my apartment has flooded with sewage. The walls are thin, the apartment building smells strongly whenever any resident cooks. Trust me, do not stay here! I wish I could get out of my leaseReview from Apartments.com

August 16, 2025Facilities are well maintained. I've really enjoyed living at 2727 Edison Street. The apartments are clean, roomy, and get a ton of natural light, which makes a big difference. The vibe around the complex is super chill and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The location is awesome; close to everything I need, like coffee shops, groceries, and public transit, but still feels tucked away enough to be peaceful. Management is great too. They’re easy to get in touch with and actually take care ...of stuff when you need it. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always professional and polite. Parking has never been an issue, and the building feels safe with secure entry. I also appreciate the little touches like the well-kept green spaces and clean common areas. Overall, it’s been a really solid place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone apartment hunting in the area.Property Manager Responded

August 7, 2025I enjoy residing here. The location is perfect. Staff is friendly, maintenance is awesome, all my requests have been completed almost instantly. I did remove one star for the amount of times hot water / water is turned off.Property Manager Responded

Someone did inform me on the first day not to leave the door unlocked or anything outside my front door even though it is a secured building. They said things get stolen easily here. Communication efforts via text line is very responsive, but we experienced a slight delay in responses while working w/ a property manager directly.
