August 16, 2025Facilities are well maintained. I've really enjoyed living at 2727 Edison Street. The apartments are clean, roomy, and get a ton of natural light, which makes a big difference. The vibe around the complex is super chill and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The location is awesome; close to everything I need, like coffee shops, groceries, and public transit, but still feels tucked away enough to be peaceful. Management is great too. They’re easy to get in touch with and actually take care ...of stuff when you need it. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always professional and polite. Parking has never been an issue, and the building feels safe with secure entry. I also appreciate the little touches like the well-kept green spaces and clean common areas. Overall, it’s been a really solid place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone apartment hunting in the area.Property Manager Responded

Someone did inform me on the first day not to leave the door unlocked or anything outside my front door even though it is a secured building. They said things get stolen easily here. Communication efforts via text line is very responsive, but we experienced a slight delay in responses while working w/ a property manager directly. May 16, 2025horrible horrible horrible Nancy never showed up for our tour and we waited 15 minutes. no text/ no call/ no email. nothing. i tried texting the confirmation message that was sent and even called the main number which just disconnected. how are you supposed to move in, if you can't even get communication back. no stars!! don't waste your time.Property Manager Responded
