Very solid apartment with speedy maintenance and reasonable amenities. Would be nice to have a bigger pool/gym area but seems like a reasonable deal with what I am paying currently. Have not encountered any major issues during my year here so far

Overall, a very nice apartment. Not very many amenities in terms of pool/gym as they are both quite small, but still something and a nice to have! Maintenance issues have been quickly addressed, but water seems to get turned off every month or so for repairs. Hasn’t bothered me as it’s always been while I am at work but something to keep in mind. As someone living alone, I have plenty of space in my 1br apmt. Plenty of storage. Another highlight is the strong water pressure

So bad. I’ve lived here for 2 months. There was no hot water for 2 weekends and now my apartment has flooded with sewage. The walls are thin, the apartment building smells strongly whenever any resident cooks. Trust me, do not stay here! I wish I could get out of my lease

Facilities are well maintained. I've really enjoyed living at 2727 Edison Street. The apartments are clean, roomy, and get a ton of natural light, which makes a big difference. The vibe around the complex is super chill and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The location is awesome; close to everything I need, like coffee shops, groceries, and public transit, but still feels tucked away enough to be peaceful.
Management is great too. They’re easy to get in touch with and actually take care ...
of stuff when you need it. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always professional and polite.
Parking has never been an issue, and the building feels safe with secure entry. I also appreciate the little touches like the well-kept green spaces and clean common areas. Overall, it’s been a really solid place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone apartment hunting in the area.

I enjoy residing here. The location is perfect. Staff is friendly, maintenance is awesome, all my requests have been completed almost instantly. I did remove one star for the amount of times hot water / water is turned off.

There has been proactive communication and welcome from the management. Someone did inform me on the first day not to leave the door unlocked or anything outside my front door even though it is a secured building. They said things get stolen easily here. But besides that everything so far has been smooth.

Just moved in not too long ago. Move in day was a little hectic with the leasing office being closed, but everything got situated quickly. My boyfriend and I have been enjoying the apartment so far. We love that the mall is only an 8 minute walk!
