This is by far the worst apartment I've ever lived in. The pro's are that the apartments are spacious. It's a small building so if you like that then this is your place. Also I have had no problems with management. I didn't have too much contact with them while i lived here but the manager is very nice and so are the people in the office.
The cons:

was on the first floor. There was a single older gentleman living above me when i moved in so it was bearable but i could hear his TV blasting into the late hours of the night and when he would drink (every night) the TV would get even louder and i would hear what seemed to be him either dropping stuff or falling over or both. He eventually moved out because they kept raising his rent and a family of four moved in. This is when i nearly lost my mind. You will be able to hear conversations word for word. Music blasting, stomping above your head. When this family moved in a was no longer able to work from home. I could no longer read or do anything that involved needing quiet. They also woke me up every single morning because they let their toddler play in the bedroom starting around 7am.
Also ants, ants, and more ants. This place was infested with ants. They even came up through the cracks between the tile and carpet and through the vents. I even found some in my bed. There was no escape! Every tenant in the building was sprinkling baby powder around their apartment to try to deter the ants from coming in but no luck.
Please, please, please save yourself the trouble and don't move into this place. There are some nice people living here but if you enjoy peace and quiet look elsewhere.
