May 31, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI love the apartment itself but there are other factors I wish I would have considered before choosing this property. I give the overall building, management, maintenance and monthly package a 10. The apartment is beautiful. There is a lot of noise day to day living next to Woodward, multiple local event venues, downtown, and the hospital you will hear sirens very close at all hours of the day. Noise from neighbors does come through the walls, footsteps, talking, kitchen movement. Overall a very ...sold new build but may not fit everyone’s lifestyle. I would say this is a single person apartment building type I would not live here with a family or partner.Read More

Everything is included, so I didn’t have to deal with setting up internet, DTE, or any utilities. The management team has been amazing with fast communication, and my leasing manager answered all of my never-ending questions haha. I’m so excited to be here! The best part is that the unit is brand new, and I’m the very first person to live in it.

The building has such a cool mix of historic character and modern finishes, and everything feels bright, open, and thoughtfully designed. The marble lobby, checkered floors, grand stairs, and red crystal chandeliers are stunning, and the event venue looks like something straight out of a Gatsby movie. What really stood out were the endless amenities. There’s a fitness area, lounge spaces, private offices, and great setups for working ...from home. The hangout areas are fantastic too, especially the room with the pool table, it actually feels like a place you want to spend time in, not just something for show. I’m so excited to move in and be part of it. 28N feels like something totally different for downtown Pontiac, right in the heart of Oakland County. Definitely worth checking out.Read More

The building has a lot of character but everything inside feels updated and clean, which I liked compared to a lot of newer places.
