      No hot water for weeks in the winter. They harass you everytime you use the amenities which is why nobody uses them. They change rules and charge more last minute and expect you to pay.

      we haven't gone a single day living in this complex without a maintenance issue that's a safety hazard. our ceiling has leaked since day one and repeatedly collapsed and had to be rebuilt. Back when the issue first started and the ceiling started to cave in maintenance would close our requests begging for their help before someone got hurt without so much as knocking on our door. if you dare to not be home when maintenance shows up (always unannounced, You will never receive warning beyond 5 ...
      minutes ahead of time) You will get attitude about not letting them in or not being available at all hours. several hours before a hurricane was about to hit our window completely fell off the track into our apartment and we couldn't get someone out to so much as board up the window until the hurricane was already active. after that they left our window duct taped in place for over a month and still have yet to properly fix it. it's honestly unbelievable how terrible this place is. if you so much as walk around the property you'll see how many windows are just straight up shattered, and I can assure you they've been like that for months. our apartment constantly smells like cigarettes because they don't care about enforcing the no smoking policy and it comes through the air vents. we have to leave towels on the floor at all times to soak up the water from the ceiling leak, and keeping them from getting mildly isn't cheap because the laundromat here is exorbitantly expensive. I wouldn't suggest that my worst enemy live here.

    • Constant dangerous and inhumane maintenance problems, never get fixed

      We haven't lived a single day here without a safety hazard or unresolved maintenance issue. Our ceiling has been leaking and repeatedly collapsing since we moved in months ago. They kept closing our maintenance requests begging for them to fix it before someone got hurt until we went to the office in person, even then it took a long time for anyone to come out here and within a month of the "fix" the ceiling is leaking again. maintenance does not give you any warning beyond maybe 5-10mins before ...
      they arrive and you will get passive aggressive messages from the office about "refusing to let them in" if you dare to have a job or plans when they come by unannounced. hot water has been shaky at best, we've gone up to 3 weeks without it. They keep supposedly fixing it but the issue keeps coming back, just like everything else. Our window blew in several hours before a hurricane was supposed to hit and we couldn't get anybody to answer us or come out to fix it until the storm was basically already happening. Water damage and mildew is immense due to all the issues and the blown in window. we have to keep towels on the bathroom floor at all times to soak up the water. find anywhere else to live.

      We leased apartment online due to living several hours away Big Mistake!! The apartment was nothing like pictures. When arriving to apartment the apartment air conditioning wasn’t working There was mold and filth in bedroom air vent. Saw roaches crawling in bedroom on baseboards. This was nothing like the pictures on website. The walls were painted and carpet replaced but the rest of the apartment was dirty and dated. Told apartment manager didn’t want to take the apartment and she stated ...
      that we had signed the lease and would have to pay the deposit and 2 months rent. This is over 2000 dollars taken for an apartment that we hadn’t moved in to.       I have stayed here for over a year now and can honestly say I see a big change now from when I moved in. London is awesome...I have seen her in the parking lot with my own eyes picking up trash and debris. The laundry room was my only issue but they have since fixed the washer machines and the laundry room doesn't feel dirty anymore. The guys that work in maintenance and grounds are great. They do their best to fix and clean up the neighborhood to the best of their abilities. Great place to ...

      I stay in capital square! And i can't get maintenance to do the job right! The rent is too high for the area and the commendation is below average! They need to do a better job on the inside of the apartment than fixing up the outside!

      Let me start by saying this, I am only giving 3stars because of the location and price. Just know that there are extra fees like pest control, with pests in the building ok, trash fee when there's always trash on the ground outside dumpster areas, water fee as well! The laundry room is always Nasty, im not sure if there's even a crew that cleans the area, its just nasty I don't wash my clothes in the building anymore, I rather go to laundromat. There are options to pay your rent online, however ...
      it's $30.00 ok you also have the option to pay at the grocery store up the road. Now just know when you have a issue with things that need to be fixed have fun with that because I have been having a leak problem in my apartment since I have been living here about 6 months now. The workers come out and patch things up. I will say whoever the owners are they are fixing up the outside and stairs small stuff, its starting to look really nice but things inside the walls have be fixed first ! There is water coming out of my bathroom into my bedroom and also in the kitchen so all they have to say is oh were going to get to it. Meanwhile there's water still coming through the walls!! The ladies in the office are not friendly there very blunt not welcoming at all they do not care most likely they don't live there so of course they don't understand the frustration!

      The ladies in the office are not welcoming at all i understand everyone has there good and bad days but when tenants come in for information we should feel welcomed the staff should atleast be approachable not looking like we are irritating you !! Its very frustrating not to get angry and tell them a few words !! Can we atleast hear good morning good afternoon have a great day or sorry for the inconvenience!! Geesh life is to short to be so Blunt!!
