    I’ve lived here for about 4 years and you get a lot for the price you pay. You get an in-unit washer and dryer and a cute patio. Very family friendly and peaceful. The only thing is I wish the gate worked. Other than that, it’s great!

    Great for college students or small family. Great/Friendly staff, Leanne will help you in anyway she can. Fast and dependent maintaince man that is very meticulous. Can't say enough great things about these apartments!!

    A Good place to live , but the rent is a little expensive . Fireplace is unique , ceiling fan looks wonderful. Carpet through the apartment is nice . Perfect place to live with no crimes .

    This place is great because of the location is by every single thing in Tuscaloosa, however; the only thing that was a problem is they only have 1 maintenance man the other one just doesn't really do any work, and the kitchen and living room are really small. I had a 2 bedroom apt and this apt would be cool if you stay by yourself but not with roommates because it is very small
