    At first it was a rocky start but since living here they had a management change and I haven’t had any problems since then. The management/team and maintenance are always so attentive and helpful! Definitely recommend living here! Such a fun and welcoming community:)

    Hands down, 2818 is awesome for Aggies. The study lounges are a lifesaver during finals, and the pool area is great for unwinding. Getting to class is easy with the bus stop right there. I once locked myself out late at night, panicking because I had an early exam. I called the emergency line, and maintenance was incredibly understanding. He was able to get me back into my apartment within 20 minutes. His quick action saved my exam prep!

  • Wonderful place to live

    At first, it was concerning with maintenance and everything, but I realized that they were switching management when I was moving in, and once they got their footing, I haven't had a bad experience here. My AC went out, and they were there the next day to fix it. These people care about making their residents comfortable and happy. I was honestly shocked by the bad reviews when i decided to leave review. I haven't experienced any of these issues. We're in Texas, so there will be bugs, but they ...
    have WEEKLY pest control come out for FREE. It's all about keeping your area clean, and if you have an issue, you simply leave a request to check it out. The office staff is so helpful too, Dawson and Sophia were extremely helpful with any questions I had. The amenities are the best part, you get double of the pool and gym and study rooms, and the events they hold are never boring or dull, the free food and drinks are 10/10. I love living here and decided to renew and will most likely live here till i graduate.

  • 4x4 and one bedroom

    I spent the last two years here and they have been good! A little hiccups here and there and management has changed serval times as I have lived here but overall the experience hasn’t been bad. The 4x4 town home was nice lots of room to decorate how you want just kitchen was slightly small for four people to share. The one bedroom large was nice and overall had a good experience living alone and never really ran into any issues other than icemaker not working in refrigerator properly. Overall had ...
