COCKROACHES AND NEGLIGENCE
March 18, 2024This place has an insane cockroach problem. They will send an exterminator to your individual unit, but have not sent us out to fumigate the entire building. There is nothing being done and zero communication to tenants about the obvious problem (you can see dead roaches littering the basement floor all summer long). Also, there are NEVER two working elevators. They said it would take 6-8 weeks per elevator to replace. They started the first one almost 8 MONTHS ago and I have seen them working on ...it maybe five times at most. Also the floors are all crooked and I constantly trip on the uneven flooring in my unit and they told me it was too big of a job to fix. Also a large area of the ceiling once caved in onto my bed from water damage, and they said it would take a week for them to fix it because they were "so busy with new people moving in".
