The management team has been fantastic. My leasing agent has been extremely kind, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. She has answered all of my questions and made everything easy from the beginning.
It is also hard to beat the opportunity to live in a brand-new building with secure access, new finishes, and the possibility of being the first person to ever live in your unit.
I did see the review below mentioning parking, but I wanted to add some clarification. You can park ...
directly in front of the building and along the side. The new parking lot being constructed is also directly behind the building. There is additional permit parking farther away as well, but it is not the only option.
Overall, I have had a great experience so far. The interior is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the management team has been very welcoming and professional. I am really looking forward to living here.

At move in, prices and amenities were promised that the management company elected not to honor. I sadly did not learn of their shortcomings until after the lease was signed. There are many pieces I wish they figured out before fully opening. Parking is terrible. I was told a garage was available for all residents, I move in and the advertised garage is demolished. I had to deep clean my apartment at move in since there were nails, saw dust, paint, you name it, thrown about everywhere. There is ...
no cleaning upkeep, so shared spaces like the coffee/snack bar (coffee stains on the countertops I’ve seen since move in, broken snack glass container turned around rather than discarded), gym (dusty/oily, no wipes to clean after use) and even the hallway (debris from construction never vacuumed) are eyesores. My stars are solely for the maintenance team, but the leasing/management team have been extremely difficult to work with as their word is not bond.

I love the apartment itself but there are other factors I wish I would have considered before choosing this property. I give the overall building, management, maintenance and monthly package a 10. The apartment is beautiful. There is a lot of noise day to day living next to Woodward, multiple local event venues, downtown, and the hospital you will hear sirens very close at all hours of the day. It’s perfect, walking distance to the hospital, which makes getting to work so easy. Everything is included, so I didn’t have to deal with setting up internet, DTE, or any utilities. I toured 28N and honestly fell in love…I didn’t want to leave. The building has such a cool mix of historic character and modern finishes, and everything feels bright, open, and thoughtfully designed. The marble lobby, checkered floors, grand stairs, and red crystal chandeliers are stunning, and the event venue looks like something straight out of a Gatsby movie.
What really stood out were the endless amenities. There’s a fitness area, lounge spaces, private offices, and great setups for working ...

I just moved into 28N and I’m very happy with all of the amenities so far. The building has a lot of character but everything inside feels updated and clean, which I liked compared to a lot of newer places.
Location is a big plus being right in downtown Pontiac, easy to get around and there’s actually stuff nearby. Management has also been responsive anytime I’ve needed anything.
Overall, it feels like a well-done conversion and not your typical apartment complex. Definitely worth checking ...
