We’ve lived here for almost a year now and can strongly recommend anyone who’s looking into renting here - don’t. Unless you’re getting a third-floor apartment (top apartment, where no one lives above you), you will not have a good (QUIET) life here. You will hear every single step your upstairs neighbor takes as if they live in your apartment. Your floors will screech, your upstairs neighbor’s floor will screech, and that you will hear loud and clear at all times of the day. Don’t get deceived ...
by the modern looks of apartments, it’s an old wooden building that needs a lot more work than it got.
