    I had a guest stop by at night and as I was signing their car up for their parking pass it was being towed without warning minutes later. 2929 is partnered with ParkingPass a software that documents parking spots, guest parking and parking violations. Under their policy it says expired guest parking will first be given a warning and then escalated to a towing in which no warning was given to me as the resident.     The management team is always on top of everything. Contacted them for a maintenance issue and they had gotten back to me within 24 hours, while also being able to fix the issue. Some tenants don't clean up after their dogs in the elevator, staircase, and/or outside- but if you let management know, they clean it up right away. Some tenants also do not clean up after themselves in the common areas. If you have the means to live here, you have the means to purchase cleaning products. The walls on ...
