September 17, 2015Adorable Art Deco building with vintage details including crown molding at the ceilings and baseboards. Apartment features hardwood parquet floors with a sunken living area, vintage metal rails to separate. This apartment receives a fantastic breeze to keep the place cool when windows are open - window AC unit not necessary, a fan shall suffice. Kitchen has plenty of cabinets and storage with a gas range for easy cooking. MY SECURE APARTMENT.
July 22, 2015Wednesday, 22 July 2015 I lived in the same big, secure, great apartment since 1964. It protected my family and me from hot weather and cold. Sunny and cloudy. Day and night. My brother and I graduated junior high school and high school. Brother went to and graduated from. We and now me live near all the necessary transportation and shopping. This is where I got my first job at a local beach and others jobs as well in Manhattan and Queens. In 1964 there were four ...movie houses 2 bowling lanes 2 department stores.
