Rent is on the rise while the property goes downhill
May 8, 2023We've been here for 2 years and just received our second rent increase, even though the property has gone WAY downhill since new management took over. The hot tub is a disgusting green color, all but one of the washing machines have been broken for MONTHS, and there are cockroaches throughout the complex. They're trying to put lipstick on a gorilla with this place - take your money elsewhere if at all possible. Recently, they've also been kicking out residents who have lived here more than a ...decade under the guise of "renovations" because their rent is too low.
