This building has cockroaches
October 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI moved into a lovely apartment that they fumigated before I moved in. I saw several large cockroaches inside my apartment and in the hallways within the first few days. Neighbors I spoke with said the same thing. All the building offered to do was fumigate again, and I had to pay a lot of money to move out. If you don’t want to live with cockroaches, I would avoid this building.Property Manager Responded

Great if you're used to city living
August 19, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comHaving recently moved from a suburban metro style living, this transition has been difficult. I think this is a large reason why I have such a dislike for this apartment. The leasing agency is rude and ignores emails and phone calls quite regularly. Received notice they were checking units for rats and roches. Not sure if this is a norm for the city, but it is NOT for me. Looking forward to moving.
