October 15, 2025The community overall is very quite, but sometimes I can hear the noise from upstairs. I also heard people talking on the phone mid of the night, which was supper annoying.Property Manager Responded

July 11, 2025Very friendly front desk staff. Clean common spaces. Nice finishings. Biggest complaint is the photo of the rooftop view is outdated due to new developed, resulting in an obstructed view of NYC skyline. Photo should be updated to manage expectations.Property Manager Responded

April 17, 2025it had been great experience so far in this apartment. I believe the only important amenity missing in my apartment is an exhaust or chimney. Also, we can have a community meet up program bi-monthly. that can be good way to know the neighbors.Property Manager Responded
