The community is very safe. The concierge is also very friendly and heart-warming. The common area can also keep in clean and tidy condition. The only downside is the noise every morning from the construction site.

Location is very best for me as I travel daily to NewYork city. We have markets near by which has all the shops we need in our day to day life.
Building itself is good. Staff is grate and very helpful.
It just it little too noisy due path trains to open windows.
