July 31, 2025I like living here. Community is nice and clean. Central location to path. Maintenance and repairs are quick and easy. Gym Air conditioning is a problem though.Property Manager Responded

July 11, 2025Very friendly front desk staff. Clean common spaces. Nice finishings. Biggest complaint is the photo of the rooftop view is outdated due to new developed, resulting in an obstructed view of NYC skyline. Photo should be updated to manage expectations.Property Manager Responded
