I have lived there for a year and it's obvious the builder took everyone for a ride - it's very cheap, already falling apart just 2-3 years old. What a rip off.
1. the garage is a joke, the car sorter thing breaks down several times a month leaving you unable to get your car.
2. there are constantly problems with trash, cleanliness
3. there are no amenities and the condo fees are outrageous
4. The building is 80% + wealthy chinese nationals that's don't give a #$%@
5. No designer was used so
...the layouts are just bizarre
6. Materials used are very low quality, flooring is already coming apart - very cheap composite, the cabinets are garbage (metal/plastic), the building has no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbors well. It was really well done to look like a luxury building as a facade.
7. The neighborhood is transitioning so there are a lot of thefts still and issues. Always people doing drugs in the park directly in front, always broken glass, trash, etc.
