Management sucks! As well as their maintenance team!
August 22, 2024Moved in since 2023 have had issued with having no dishwasher and a horrible stove! Burners always going out and getting told it’s on us as well with issues with the bathrooms and plumbing left holes in the ceiling of the bathroom had to fix out of my pocket because maintenance wouldn’t fix it. If something has to be fixed 100% it’ll be you fixing it because maintenance never can!Property Manager Responded

June 12, 2024Due to my credit score my application was denied and they refused to refund my admin fee. Do not apply the manager was rude when I requested my fee return. This is the only apartment community withholding that fee. DO NOT RENTReview from Apartments.com

Nasty apartments with money hungry management
August 31, 2022I usually never leave reviews, but this complex is awful. Don’t let the low rent lure you in, you’ll be getting a disgusting, pest infested apartment with sketchy management who usually can’t be bothered to do their job. Unless you pay the extra $500+ to get an updated apt, you’ll get disgusting, barely working, yellow appliances from the 80s. Just don’t waste your time or energy, you’ll probably still be fighting with their management even after you move out. If I could give zero stars i would.Review from Apartments.com

June 4, 2019I’ve lived here at 300 for almost 3 years. When I first moved in I noticed they were doing renovations and the place looked a little messy, but Thanks to the manager here I’ve renewed my lease 2 years. Every time I come in the office she’s always ready to help. Any issue I have she handles. I recently had a relative move here to be closer to me. The day my cousin moved in we talked to the manager in the office, a little later I saw her with gloves on picking up trash. I felt like wow why is she ...picking up trash. I wanted to know so I asked her. She looked at me and smiled and said “A little trash won’t kill me”. I’ve lived in apartments for over 10 years and NEVER have I had a manager of the complex care for a community like this manage does and for her I will always recommend this community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE
April 10, 2019I’ve lived here for 9 months and I’ve had plumbing issues the entire time. Toilet overflowing and flooding my bathroom, someone else’s sewage coming up in my bathtub and toilet and overflowing. Maintenance has been called every time and they do NOTHING. They always say they don’t know what’s wrong and that they’ll call a plumber, but the plumber never shows up. The neighbors constantly play loud music and leave trash around the parking lot and management does nothing about it. Police raided the ...apartment across from mine twice in the last month.
