Unless you want to be roommates with mice and roaches i avoid this place
December 27, 2024Tunic group don't even do the bare minimum the mail room door of the building had been broken 3 times and each time they didn't fix it properly. Kids will run up down the stairs music played loud enough to vibrate your floors and walls. The exterminator never comes and they love doing the landlord special all while increasing your rent every year.run the other way it's not worth the headacheReview from Apartments.com

July 10, 2023This place is infested with roaches and mice. They will hide it on your showing but ask to your the back entrance as well it’s a sign that says monthly exterminator but they never exterminateReview from Apartments.com
