Tunic group don't even do the bare minimum the mail room door of the building had been broken 3 times and each time they didn't fix it properly. Kids will run up down the stairs music played loud enough to vibrate your floors and walls. The exterminator never comes and they love doing the landlord special all while increasing your rent every year.run the other way it's not worth the headache
