I got lucky and blessed finding 3001 crystal spring to move in from Houston, its a very nice quiet and close to everything i need, work food gas and groceries, And i want to thank the complex front disk representatives for how organized they are especially Juan and Miss Kiki for there fast phenomenal and amazing help and quick responding in every step of the rental process, I highly recommend this complex

Although I moved in with several issues with my unit Paige had all problems addressed and fixed within days and/or immediately. She made my move in process quick, easy and quite pleasant. The complex is an old one but they take care of the property very well it’s always clean, well maintained and grounds mowed and well kept. I recommend anyone to try 3001 Apartments as your first home.

I’ve lived at 3 Thousand One (formerly Surrey Oaks) for a year. It’s been a solid facility! It doesn’t have all the amenities like a gym and special perks, but it’s affordable and clean. When I first moved in, the management was terrible. Since reforming as 3 Thousand One, I have had NO PROBLEMS with the management.
