June 22, 2020Although I moved in with several issues with my unit Paige had all problems addressed and fixed within days and/or immediately. She made my move in process quick, easy and quite pleasant. The complex is an old one but they take care of the property very well it’s always clean, well maintained and grounds mowed and well kept. Really Solid
July 4, 2019I’ve lived at 3 Thousand One (formerly Surrey Oaks) for a year. It’s been a solid facility! It doesn’t have all the amenities like a gym and special perks, but it’s affordable and clean. When I first moved in, the management was terrible. Since reforming as 3 Thousand One, I have had NO PROBLEMS with the management. I really feel like they’re trying their best and care about the people. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable yet clean, this is your place. If you have a decent job, PLEASE ...MOVE HERE, I need good neighbors!Property Manager Responded
