Poor Parking
February 21, 2023Parking policies are unclear- they put a giant parking violation sticker on my car despite acknowledging I was validly parked. Offered no assistance in removing it. Took hours and a bottle of nail polish remover to remove.Review from Apartments.com

April 1, 2018After a month at 300lime, we're in love! The property and amenities are above and beyond. The management is always available and genuinely interested in their tenants. We've worked with Ryanne since the beginning and you couldn't find a more caring, professional team member! 300lime is the perfect place downtown, especially if you have dogs. No need to hunt for a place to take your dog potty, The Bark Yard on the second story rooftop is the perfect place to bond with your pet after a potty ...break.Property Manager Responded
