Old Building, One owner

I moved to Montgomery MN about 5 years ago from the Twin Cities. I was sceptic to moving to the country being accustomed to the city life. Iv definitely changed my look to the country, and prefer it more over living in a city.
Our apartment complex consists of 12 apartments, so the community is small which I like. The building is quite old. Squeaky floors and push and pull out windows. There are only two floors so accessibility is not difficult. It's definitely nothing fancy but my sister and I ...
are comfortable in our two bedroom apartment. The turn over rate is not sky rocket so it's nice getting to actually know your neighbors.
The one thing that probably is best is the owner of the building. Having a friendly understanding personality makes a strong owner. There is good communication, and feedback from the owner and to the tenents. Being the building is old there is always work, he does what needs to be done and it shows. I'm comfortable in Montgomery, and have no intention in moving anytime soon.
