This pet-friendly apartment and neighborhood is simply purrfect! It is a four, two-story apartment complex that was built just a couple of years ago and is located in a neighborhood with about 30 other apartment buildings. Very easy going and friendly owners-- any issues with plumbing or electricity are immediately attended by the landlord at no cost. No carpets makes it easy to be cleaned. parking spaces. Wall-to-wall closets. Each of the two rooms upstairs has its own full bathroom, and there is another half-bathroom downstairs in the office. It has a fully-equiped laundry room. Large storage space under stairs. Medium-sized backyard (large enough to fit a 6-chair garden table and a large BBQ pit). Very quite but active neighborhood (kids playing, people running and walking their pets, etc.). Extremely safe zone. The best public high school is a minute away. Me, my mother, and my two cats love it here! You've really only cat to see it once to fall in love with it! The best part is the very affordable rent of only $850! The bills are also low because the building is not old. I'm not kitten you! It's simply great!
