A place to call home
May 31, 2022My roommates are the ones who got me living at 303 and I’m glad they did. 303 flats is so nice and definitely worth itReview from Apartments.com
Do not live here!
February 23, 2022303 Flats say they have "Resort Living" but that is not what I have found here, more like budget resort. I have called maintenance multiple times about the curtains (3 times to be exact). They immediately fall down as soon as someone touches them. Not worth the price of living here. Look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

High Quality
March 27, 2019303 flats is a great option for students looking to live off-campus but still close to UT Knoxville's campus. It's located right across the river, and it is also located on a route for the KAT bus that goes to campus. It offers modern appliances and living options, along with great workout and study spaces. They also host some cool events where free food and groceries are sometimes given out. You also get to park on the floor that you live on, which is super convenient.Property Manager Responded
