Landlord does not respond or care
October 21, 2023Lived there for over a year. Towards the end of our stay our plumbing had serious issues. We were without hot water and had no working shower. There was also a roach infestation and the landlord knew of these issues for almost 2 months. After several attempts to reach out about the plumbing I decided to move out. Only after giving my notice was I finally contacted about the issues. Horrible.Review from Apartments.com

September 29, 2015Me and my fam sure could use that free rent I got mold my son has asthma and my step son has a vs heat murmor and ive asked my landlord to change my carpet or my apt and he said no but will have a fit if the rent is two hours late he's so into the money but is not even coming romotly close to fixing the mold carpet or leaky sink we pay the the rent on the faithfully every month then he's waits a half a year to say the rent is due on the first and not the fifth what kinda landlord don't give five ...day grace period I believe that's illegal so so sadRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
