Old building poorly managed..but great location
May 20, 2022The location is wonderful, but the management does not take great care of this old building & you will notice with AC, electricity, and plumbing issues leading to constant requests for repairs.Review from Apartments.com
Location and decent Square Feet, but overall--not worth it!!
May 6, 2022This building has constant problems. The building management refuses to turn on AC at the very last minute they are legally required to. And even then, it will probably break. If it's not the AC it's the plumbing. Electricity can't handle much so forget having a toaster and the coffee maker on at the same time. Management doesn't care about the tenants. They don't allow pets. Packages are sometimes stolen. But hey, the location is pretty good. Advice: skip this one.Review from Apartments.com
Avoid this building
July 6, 2018I’ve lived here for almost a year, and since being here I’ve had packages stolen, a fridge break, a kitchen faucet break, a set of clothes ruined by a faulty wash machine, and a toilet overflow for no reason. It’s a pre-WII building, and is falling apart. Only moved here because location. Not worth it anymore.Review from Apartments.com
