If you need a cheap place this is yours for only 480 a month. But just so you know this place isn’t clean nor do they ever answer you. You must send an email for someone to help, & they show up unannounced no call no email.

The dryer and washer broken. Unkept yard and terrible parking lot. Old AC unit, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. If maintance is done they charge you for it. So if you have an issue.. Fix it yourself!!

These apartments use to be nice until the new owner took over. There was a mess left by what we got from hurricane Irma in Aug & took them til almost October to clean it up. Washer & dry broken. Insects. Grass. Dirty stinky mulch. Just disgusting. Current resident..
