January 15, 2026I would love to say good things about this apartment complex, but probably one of the worst I have ever stayed at. Waiting until we moved out to make a review. Maintenance men don’t answer requests and when they do, they walk in on you and your daughter changing without knocking. If I could post a video here I would, my daughter screaming, even though they are nice, it still made us uneasy. My daughter and I actually moved early due to feeling unsafe. Most people who have been there for years ...told me they only stay because it’s easier. Flood in your closet twice ? No problem, they’ll be there in 3-5 business days to fix it. A bunch of your stuff ruined by flood ? Oh well, they’ll do a small fix and it’ll flood again. Want the phone to never be answered and when they do, they are snarky? Put in an application. Want to be violated and not taken seriously by the front office ? Move here ! Want to be told an inspection will take place for a whole week and then they never do the required inspection? This is the place for you!! Complaint after complaint and we were never taken serious. I will be filing a report, but wanted to warn people. The first few months seem great, but look elsewhere. There are far better apartments even if they are a bit more, it is worth it.Property Manager Responded

I'm so glad we chose 3101 Place!
February 26, 2021We have lived in building 5 going on 3 months now, and everything has been amazing! I don't expect perfection by any means, but management, amenities, maintenance...everything has been excellent. The office and maintenance staff go above and beyond. The property is always clean, maintenance is prompt, and they are great at communicating when there are any issues like stray dogs, burst pipes, etc. Several times a month they have food trucks come to the complex, and other times they do fun things ...like have a s'mores bar or hot chocolate bar in the office. At Christmas time Santa was out front giving gifts to all the kiddos as they came in off the school bus. This week, after the nightmare that was Winter Storm Uri, the complex is buying a pizza for each family to show their support. If you want to live at a place that absolutely cares about their residents' quality of life, you'll be happy here! :)Property Manager Responded

Best Place I Have EVER Lived and Loved
February 17, 2020I have been here since 10/2019 and I have not felt more welcomed anywhere else I have been!! We (mom, dog and I) are in awe of the INDIVIDUAL care and compassion and FRIENDSHIP we have received in our time here. The Apartment Life Team AND their, FREE, monthly events are, hands down, what makes this place our home! Family, friends and co-workers are so happy for us, and, some have said, a little envious, of our new home. Sammi Girl won Pet of the Month! We were sent fresh, warm cookies, and the ...grounds are so clean that, when my niece and nephew wanted to play sword fights, they couldn’t find sticks, lol!!!! KUDOS to you, 3101 Place!!!!! Free Monthly Events
September 29, 2019I continue to be amazed at where I live. The management introduced free monthly events during this past spring and it has made a huge difference. I have met a lot of people that I now call my friends because of the events. This makes me feel like this is truly my home within a community of friends... Also, the apartment itself is very clean with nice remodel and stainless steel appliances. I definitely am going to renew my lease when it comes up because I feel a sense of community here and I ...don't know any other place that has Pinterest type events! Not moving anytime soon
September 27, 2019I’m so amazed at the experience I’ve had here from the timely completed maintenance requests, the helpfulness from the office, the quietness of the property. They really make an effort to get to know the residents as well as it honestly just feels like home. The only negative I’ve experienced thus far is the parking and that’s not a huge deal compared to other things that could happen in an apartment complex. I enjoy how small it is, how quiet it is as well as how friendly everyone is.Review from Apartments.com
Lives up to its advertising!
September 23, 2015This is a great place if you enjoy instant access to the highway, a great shopping plaza, restaurants and supermarkets. The grounds/common areas are beautifully maintained,with a nice, relaxing pool area and adjacent barbecue/picnic patio, which I have never experienced crowded - even with all the families with kids who live here. Pets are welcome, with plenty of green spaces to walk them. Lovely quiet complex with nicely appointed apartments and townhouses. Feels like home
August 24, 2015Compared to other properties in the area 3101 Place has to be the most reasonably priced. Application process was a breeze. Priscilla in the front office was very helpful & attentive to all my request. Apartment wasn't completly ready for first day of move in, but they made a few calls and had the place spotless before my movers arrived. Discovered a few minor issues like some electrical outlets not working but a request was put in with maintenance and problem solved within 2 days. Safety is not ...an issue, and I love the complementary trash pickup. Conns: Parking not assigned so finding a spot can sometimes be a hassle. Quiet, family, pet friendly
August 7, 2015Convenient location near major stores such as kroger, home depot, and target. Large property but not too large. The work out center is up to date. Pool is kept clean. Worst living
February 14, 2014when i firsted moved in, i didnt have my washer/dryer for about 4 days because they "cleaned" the wrong apartment. When i moved in there was dirt, trash and hair everywhere. So someone didnt walk the unit for we moved in. Thats not so great! also parking is soooo bad. you have to get home by 530 to get decent parking. Good thing i did a 6 month lease. Love IT
October 13, 2013New management has done a great job at fixing things that were left by the wayside by old management. Anytime I walked into the office for the old management they couldn't find anything and never had a clue about what was going on. New management has definitely stepped it up. They address me by name and are always prompt and polite. They are still cleaning up mess from the last management to include finally fixing the gate (which old management lied about being something that was only temporarily ...broken, but hadn't worked in months), updating workout equipment, getting people to stay out of the pool who aren't residents and trash pick up. Noise Noise Noise
August 29, 2013Location, Amenities, Maintenance and New Management are all AWESOME. The NOISE, is horrendous!! 1st floor is awful, you hear everything the people above you do. It is a constant, and to think the 2nd floor has carpeting to dull noise. I am highly considering moving just because of the noise.Review from Apartments.com
