Cockroaches and mice...also heavy gang area with lots of crystal meth pipes on the property right next to children

This apartment complex is not in the best neighborhood. This neighborhood is rundown and I don't walk around in it, although this apartment is at the end of the street and consists of mostly families and kids hanging around the area. The people are friendly, but its not a very quiet area to live because of the kids running around, the neighbors blasting music and the random engine revs. I've been living here for about 2 years now and I stay because of the cheap rent. The landlord is nice and will ...

fix a problem quickly if it is reported to him. It gets hot in the summer because there is no air conditioning in the units. There is only 1 parking spot per apartment and the parking spots are VERY small. There is only 1 entrance to the tiny lot and you have to use it as an exit as well. So, if you're trying to get out and someone is trying to pull in, you have to back up completely so the other person can get through. Unfortunately, the neighbors park their huge trucks in these spots so it can be a nightmare trying to get in and out.
