Terrible Experience
September 2, 2022Here are some highlights from my time living here - You will not get your security deposit back - You will be charged for cleaning at the end of your lease, they will not provide evidence. - You will be charged for other small things randomly while leasing. - Our furnace was broken for months in the middle of winter. It took maintenance 5 WEEKS to fix it, after failing to fix it multiple times. - Power is unreliable. Maintenance will not come to fix it, they will ask you to fix it yourself ...in the middle of the night. - Front door lock was partially broken for the entire lease. They would not fix it. - Outlets in the apartment were broken for the entire lease. They would not fix it. Extremely overpriced for a run-down, filthy building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
