Nasty Roach and Rat Infested Building
June 18, 2021This building is disgusting. If I could give this zero stars I would. For starters, let’s mention the rats and roaches that are invading this building. Secondly, there’s the homeless people who take up permanent housing underneath the stairwell in tents. Thirdly, there’s the leak in my apartment that I’ve been complaining about since I moved in. Every time it rains my bedroom gets flooded. I complained to the maintenance person who happens to live in the building and he told me he has the same ...issue. August 14, 2015Great apartment with huge amount of space beautiful balcony and full of green plants on the back yard. My cat loves this place so is my fish, 12 of them. First floor,nice and cool even during hot summer here in Florida.Location it is ok, next to highway,but not to far from the beach.I love my multicultural neighbors, it is bring another special charm and nice energy to that place.
