We have lived there 1 week and had 2 fairly important issues and both were fixed quickly and our service rep has been extremely helpful…we have never had service this good at any of our other apartments…props to 32 for employing service staff who care and know what they are doing… I was so impressed I took a get card to the office to thank the staff for such awesome work… thanks again.

Great Service Every maintenance request was completed on the same day it was submitted. The light bulbs and bathroom fixtures were replaced, and the air conditioning is now working properly.

Maintenance & Staff The staff are absolutely fantastic here everyone is so nice after my awful experience with my previous apartment I stayed at. My month here at 32 Union so far has been amazing I’m very happy to call 32 Union my home! It’s very clean here and quiet!!

CLEAN AND READY I moved in on 4-18-26 and the apartment was ready to go. I had no issues on the move in date. They called me a few days before to let me know that there was a possibility that my AC was not going to be working when I moved in due to the condenser was bad. and had asked me if I would like to move into 1 of 3 other apartments. I chose to stay in the unit I originally wanted just due to having the garage right outside my apartment.
