RUN FOR THE HILLS .- YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE
October 15, 2021In the last 2 years that I have been domiciled at this building , I have witnessed things that the landlord does nothing about . Firstly, the property is not secured at all. There are no cameras ( most buildings in the neighborhood have them , but this one doesn't), people tape the door latches to keep the doors open, there are no push bar alarms on the roof top entrance doors - so it is a free for all of trespassing. People have walked their dogs on the roof leaving the excrement, there have ...been condoms on the roof - one being thrown off the roof and landing on my downstair's neighbor's air conditioner , etc. The superintendents and the property mgr. do nothing to secure the building from this . Aside from that , tenants readily leave their garbage in the alley way , obstructing the alley way - because the landlord doesnt communicate that the garbage has to be be brought to the back . The hall ways are rarely cleaned . We used to have a full time porter who washed the floors daily. Now the porter works two buildings , so out floors are washed approximately every 10 days .
