Great staff and vintage details
March 4, 2020The management here really cares about their tenants. Repairs are completed quickly. And everyone -- from the maintenance team to the garage attendants -- are friendly and helpful. We love it here! The vintage details make the apartment unique. While the updated kitchen and bath and new windows make it comfortable. People stay in these apartments for decades. Great Location
July 25, 2015One of the best locations in the city of Chicago. Across from Belmont Harbor and Lake Michigan. Huge vintage apartments with lots of walk-in closets. The reason why is only gets a good rating is due to the poor management and terrible attitude of the building staff. Otherwise it would be excellent.Review from Apartments.com
