January 23, 2024These apartments are nice and decent for the area. The staff/maintenance are helpful and get things done in a timely fashion. Maintenance goes around the complex and cleans up the trash littered anywhere.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2023Move in was smooth it’s just little things. I thought with the elite I’ll have hardwood all through the apartment and just carpet in the rooms but it’s all carpet. I also came into roaches popping up I have some solutions to contain that but it was be awesome if maintenance can come do a spray. Other than that it’s good.Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2023It’s been ok. I’ve been here almost 5years and it’s fairly quiet, but the customer service has been absolutely HORRIBLE for every management company that have taken over. And it’s been about 7 different companies since I’ve moved here, just 3 different companies since Dec 2022 to now. They’ve changed their phone numbers and contact information so many times that it’s difficult to reach them. Hopefully they can find a company with a good caring staff that isn’t nasty out the mouth and no ...attitudes, that are understanding, respectful and willing to listen and work with the community without degrading them. Also hope they can get to fixing all the major issues here as well as the ROACH INFESTATION PROBLEM.Property Manager Responded
