Very curious as to who actually wrote the first review, which was posted right after the old management company was let go. Disgruntled management employee? Sounds very suspicious considering rents have very rarely been raised and as a result... yes there are repairs that need to be done. Before the new management company officially took over they got started on the repairs along with the owner. I met the owner for the first time and as soon as I mentioned some guys hanging around the ...

neighborhood at night they immediately (that very same day) began to replace the gates with stronger more secure ones with locks. A security gate for the parking lot is also going to be installed soon too. Crime happens everywhere, but once management changed the property is getting fixed and secured. I feel that they truly care that everyone who lives here is heard and that the property and tenants needs are met.

Lived here 10 years, and its horrible. *No Rent control. They give that a new meaning. Owner wants a new car, lookout. $$ *Gang war in the ally, they tag weekly for years now, all over garages ,cars ,dumster everywhere. *breakins , ive seen the garage broke into countess times. My car was broken into parked right outside my door. *the building is in BAD need of repair. Birds nesting above all units. Just a warning to anyone thinking about renting. P.s i still live here , no one to blame but ...
