Quiet, Beautiful Bordentown

This small (750 sq feet) but lovely apartment feels more spacious than it is! With 10-foot ceilings and 7-foot windows, it's a perfect apartment for a solo occupant or couple. The tall ceilings allow for oversized kitchen cabinets and a stacked washer/dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen features a gas-powered stove/oven and a microwave, full-sized dishwasher and walk-in pantry are available for your convenience. dresser, and a small desk. Heating and cooling with the central air system is great, and cheap with such a small footprint. Basement storage is included through a separate entrance for any seasonal or excess storage needs, and two additional storage spaces are available above the bedroom closet and in a small attic space. The value for this apartment is fantastic, especially considering the short walk to the local library, general store, restaurants, biking and walking trails, and the River Line train in Bordentown. The landlord, John, is always attentive to any issues that arise (which have thankfully been few in the three years my wife and I have lived here). There are three other apartments in the same building, one that shares a wall and two on the first floor. Neighbors have been quiet and friendly, and are kind enough to help maintain the sidewalks and other public areas around the building.
