Renters Reviews and Ratings
Do not rent this property under any circumstances.
November 24, 2024Do not rent this property under any circumstances. The management is terrible, everything is extremely old and broken, and they’ll take a large portion of your security deposit even if nothing was damaged. They charged us a $250 cleaning fee for an already cleaned apartment and $200 for replacing a faucet that wasn’t even broken—it was in the same condition as when we moved in. We only rented the place for a year, and it was a nightmare. On top of that, the laundry facilities are the most ...expensive I’ve ever encountered. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 24, 2024Do not rent this property under any circumstances. The management is the worst—they will even enter your rental without any notice, violating your privacy. Everything in the apartment is extremely old, and instead of replacing things as part of normal maintenance, they’ll charge you for it from your deposit. They deducted $200 for replacing a faucet, even though it wasn’t broken and should have been replaced as part of regular upkeep, given how outdated everything is. On top of that, they charged ...a $250 cleaning fee for an apartment that was already cleaned before we moved out. The laundry is also ridiculously expensive. This place is a complete rip-off. Avoid, avoid, avoid!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
