Large apartment with poor owner & management skills!

Pros: Entire apartment complex will fully remodeled by mid-2019 Large units Cons: To cut costs, owners hire tenants for free rent who have little or no knowledge of Landlord/Tenants Rights. Filthy laundry room. Numerous Property Managers within a short span of time who will arbitrarily change tenant’s assigned parking for their own personal use or will rent what they call “extra parking” should you have two cars. to tell you to move without cause (no rent control area), does not keep long-term paperwork including their own contracts. Rarely make requested repairs or clean stairways from leakage from tenants’ trash bags. Owners & Property Manager has complaints filed with BBB. Tenants Beware...

Ok place, but defiantly not recommended

The apartment is kind of old and there are lots of noise coming from the street. The management are awful, when they ask for payment they will show up but when you want to fix something it is kind of hard to find them. They will get into your apartment without your permission and they have tons of excuses about it. At the last month of your stay they will bring those people who are interested into your apartment to show them how it looks like even tho you paid the rent already. Insane!!!!!!

Been here for many years but unfortunately was asked to move out of the premise due to management wanting to remodel and increase monthly rent. on the other hand the letter given to tenants was due to "no rent control". nonetheless, blessed to have been able to live under this roof. not enough sunlight shines through the apartment due to its odd layout but space was sufficient for 3 people.
