April 12, 2023I live at 34 State Street and Fernando the Superintendent is responsive and attentive to maintaining the building. Unfortunately there are unemployed residents who utilize 34 State Street as a 24/7 social hall for numerous loud, disruptive guests who chronically disturb rent-paying tenants and intimidate them into moving. If Citiview addresses the chronically disruptive guests I will update this review.Review from Apartments.com
Spaceous, good bones poor up grades
October 7, 2015I live in a fairly well maintained pre-war building with big rooms, double closets and great architectural bones. However, the electrical upgrades put in a few years ago now, were not integrated into the walls but, over the arcitectural details, breaking up and ruining the existing beauty. Thinsg look good when first entering but then you realize... somethign's awry.Review from Apartments.com
