I would not recommend this building. The walls and ceilings are very thin. You can hear everything your neighbor does. The tenants are very selfish and do not care for their fellow neighbors (kids running & screaming, loud music and TV). The management company is a joke, and if you have any serious issues with your unit, do not expect assistance from them. The building itself is not well maintained although they are attempting to remodel the interior. Garbage is always thrown outside the ...

building, and although the super cleans the interior, it does not stay clean for long. If you are used to a certain standard of living, I warn you to consider before leasing at this building.
