If you are thinking about renting an apt at this place, think twice!!! They are really nice when you rent but when your lease is over they will find a way to keep your deposit! I had my apt professionally clean and they went there and found things like hair in the floor and charged another professional cleaning. The gate on the East side is always broken!!! It takes sometimes la week to get it fixed! For the price they charge you would expect more! Also remember that above your rent you will have ...

Constant Pot smell in my apartment

My apartment has smelled like pot the entire time I've lived here. I have complained about noise multiple times as well. I called on the 15th to complain about noise but got no call back because the only thing they cared about was their party on the 16th. I called tonight the 27th about the weed smell and the "courtesy officer" NEVER answers. If you are a normal person with a normal job don't live here. If you're a college kid and you want to party and don't ever need to sleep this is your spot. ...

I think it’s rare to find community in an apartment complex. It requires intentional effort and expense to bring neighbors together for the sole purpose of relationship building. Everyone from the ladies in the office to the maintenance man, Herman, are all fantastic. Friendly, helpful and kind and just by watching them interact you know they enjoy working together. I have a lot to say about this commmunity. First, the apartments themselves are stunning. There are so many small details that were made and the floor plans are very inviting. Having a washer and dryer was a must for me, but that certainly isn’t the biggest perk to living here. i actually wasn’t a huge fan of stainless steal because I have heard they are hard to keep clean, but it really isn’t that bad at all. I have had so many friends over who love my home and they always want to keep coming ...
here because I have the nicest place. The other thing that stands out is the pool, for sure. When you walk in, you feel like you are in a seaside resort in Mexico. I can’t wait to spend next summer under a cabana catching rays. I also really enjoy the fire pits throughout the property. it is another great place to entertain. I don’t have a dog, but the dog park is massive It is probably 10x bigger than many backyards in this area which says a lot. Last but not least, the management and maintenance team are so great. the office ladies are so friendly and helpful and they keep us so well informed of everything. Maintenance is so fast and professional. I really feel like everyone here loves their jobs and wants to take care of tenants.

Wow! Such a beautiful complex! The pool is everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a current Weidner tenant, I am happy to see such a spectacular new community being built and managed by them again! I spoke to Brittney on the phone and she got me in touch with my current community for all the transfer paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and incredibly patient listening to me ramble on about personal things. Can’t wait to make it happen and move up North!
