Think twice before renting here!
October 31, 2022If you are thinking about renting an apt at this place, think twice!!! They are really nice when you rent but when your lease is over they will find a way to keep your deposit! I had my apt professionally clean and they went there and found things like hair in the floor and charged another professional cleaning. The gate on the East side is always broken!!! It takes sometimes la week to get it fixed! For the price they charge you would expect more! Also remember that above your rent you will have ...about 80 dólares extra of fees they charge.Property Manager Responded

We understand how frustrating it can be when a professional cleaning doesn't yield the desired results, and so we provide every resident with a move-out checklist of things that must be accomplished if they would like to avoid move-out charges. Often times third party cleaners hired by residents are not supplied with this checklist, and so they miss certain items. Constant Pot smell in my apartment
July 28, 2022My apartment has smelled like pot the entire time I've lived here. I have complained about noise multiple times as well. I called on the 15th to complain about noise but got no call back because the only thing they cared about was their party on the 16th. I called tonight the 27th about the weed smell and the "courtesy officer" NEVER answers. If you are a normal person with a normal job don't live here. If you're a college kid and you want to party and don't ever need to sleep this is your spot. ...Multiple times the pool has been shut down to broken glass because there's no officer here.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Staff
January 10, 2022I’ve recently made a major move back to Oklahoma after being gone for 22 years. It was tough coming home but Lateshia, in the Edmond 35 Degrees North Apartments Management Office, was so kind to me, had the biggest smile and bubbly personality, and genuinely wanted to see me find the right apartment, floor plan, and awesome place to call home. I needed Lateshia’s care and encouragement!! Her smile was infectious and, even now, always brightens my day when I go to the management office. The rest ...of the staff in the office have been very kind and helpful as well. Excellent community!
December 23, 2021I think it’s rare to find community in an apartment complex. It requires intentional effort and expense to bring neighbors together for the sole purpose of relationship building. Everyone from the ladies in the office to the maintenance man, Herman, are all fantastic. Friendly, helpful and kind and just by watching them interact you know they enjoy working together. The units are lovely, I don’t love the paint schemes and wish there were more options (like units with white cabinets) but ...that’s no deal breaker for me. Lots to Say
November 19, 2021I have a lot to say about this commmunity. First, the apartments themselves are stunning. There are so many small details that were made and the floor plans are very inviting. Having a washer and dryer was a must for me, but that certainly isn’t the biggest perk to living here. i actually wasn’t a huge fan of stainless steal because I have heard they are hard to keep clean, but it really isn’t that bad at all. I have had so many friends over who love my home and they always want to keep coming ...here because I have the nicest place. The other thing that stands out is the pool, for sure. When you walk in, you feel like you are in a seaside resort in Mexico. I can’t wait to spend next summer under a cabana catching rays. I also really enjoy the fire pits throughout the property. it is another great place to entertain. I don’t have a dog, but the dog park is massive It is probably 10x bigger than many backyards in this area which says a lot. Last but not least, the management and maintenance team are so great. the office ladies are so friendly and helpful and they keep us so well informed of everything. Maintenance is so fast and professional. I really feel like everyone here loves their jobs and wants to take care of tenants.Property Manager Responded

Perfect Home in the Perfect Location!
November 11, 2021The moment you walk through the glamorous clubhouse, you are greeted with kindness, compassion and friendliness. It won’t end there. This isn’t a place that just gets you in the door, they take care of you and check on you frequently. We are moving out soon because our house is almost finished, but my experience at 35 Degrees North makes me want to live here forever. The apartments are spacious, modern and made for entertaining. Beautiful Place
March 4, 2021Wow! Such a beautiful complex! The pool is everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a current Weidner tenant, I am happy to see such a spectacular new community being built and managed by them again!
