Love the apartments! We are very happy. We still have an issue with the dishwasher that hasn’t been resolved and need our trash can but other than that we are settled and happy!

It’s a spacious and nice place Close to ranger outlets and Buc-ee’s, you can go find something interesting there. Big packages will delivery directly to your door, it’s quite convenient

Very safe area. The neighbors are not a bother. The walls and ceiling are thick. You rarely hear anyone. It is a great place to be. Walking distance to the outlet mall too.

It used to be a quiet neighborhood, now not so much! Asked for a new washing machine when ours broke and was givin an old one I'm guessing out of another apartment, asked for a stove we can read the numbers on and got stickers put on our existing stove that ARE NOT CORRECT and to small to see even if they were correct. We are on our 3rd year here, Probably not going to be a 4th without serious changes.

The apartment itself is fine. I do think the location is frustrating as it takes awhile to get anywhere. Staff is nice and the complex is safe. The complex can be hard to reach at times unless in person

Moving in was such a breeze. I’m so happy with how laid back and safe the community feels. Everything is maintained so nicely and neighbors are polite. It’s a beautiful spot with so much natural light and minimal noise. Even my dogs have been enjoying their new home and the huge dog park we get to visit every day!

Move in was seamless and the staff has been very helpful. The unit was spotless on day 1 and the community is clean and secure. Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a relaxed and safe living area.

Overall move in was pretty decent. I was quoted the wrong move in amount and then they had to correct it. Upon moving in there were dead bugs in the master room and the toilet was black and dirty. The other room and bathroom was fine. It’s like they forgot about the other half. There was also a potent smell coming from the pipes and the shower makes a high pitch sound she turned on. It is a quiet neighborhood which is nice and convenient placed by a lot of stores.

The apartments look modern and clean. I like living here. It's close to the outlet mall, the long shot golf and Bucees. The maintenance staff is always helping.
