Quite neighborhood good for kids. The building could be better, hallways and grounds are often dirty. The super takes a long time to fix repairs. There's washer and dryers in the basment that are often out of order. As long as I've been here I've never meet building management; the presence is unknown. During winter months we've had issues with no heat or hot water. I wouldn't recommend living here.

The building is situated in a fantastic area. It's close to a major train station, multiple bus stops, both Elementary and Middle schools and grocery stores. It is right across from Pelham Bay Park, a wonderful park to walk your dog(s) in or perhaps have a picnic on a nice sunny day. The building itself has a laundry with multiple machines, it also pet friendly so you can bring your little, or big furry family members with you.
