Honestly the super sucks

It’s not bad to live here. Just make sure everything is good when viewing the apartments. I am a first time rentor from eye level I didn’t see anything wrong but when I moved in I found out none of the windows locked and are shift. The super knew about this problem but he is lazy. It’s been 3 weeks and it’s hot. I can’t even put in window ac because the windows are unstable. Also I have so many bug bites I can’t open the windows because roaches or other apartment bugs can get in because there ...

are no screen. The super is the type to drag his feet. He is the kind that only works when nessary, if you have a problem put it in writing to the office and be constant because the super is not a stand up guy, he’s the type that needs to be monitored
