An Exceptional Apartment

This building is a perfect location. It is quiet, but close to the Addison Blue Line, DIVVY Bikes, 90/94, which makes getting to bars and restaurants around Logan Square, Bucktown and Wicker Park a breeze. It is only about 15 minutes away from the lake or a quick bus ride away from Wrigley Field. The community itself is extremely friendly and safe. There is a summer farmers market only a few blocks away and an Elementary School and Middle School within walking distance as well. The building ...
itself is a beautiful old building that has been kept in amazing shape. It has both one and two bedroom apartments that share a sunny backyard with a picnic table that is perfect for grilling. Each apartment also has its own storage unit. The apartment building and neighborhood are pet friendly with two beautiful parks within walking distance. Lastly, The landlords are extremely helpful and communicative and are always looking for ways to improve the building for the tenants.
