The smell in the lobby of sewer gas was atrocious, constant and embarrassing having to explain it to guests. The CFD was called one day b/c the smell was so strong. The management would pour gallons of bleach down the space between the elevator and lobby floor to no avail. Management was nice, but unable to fix the issues. The reviews about the thin walls are completely accurate. And yes, strange water damage. It does look really nice from the outside, but once you step in...yuck.

Was told the “smell” was there for a few months. Later found out it had been YEARS. Walls are very thin. The halls sound like a busy college dorm. Garage lights were never fixed. Apartments are out dated. A lot of damaged and water damage that just get covered up. Poor communication between tenant and building managers. Don’t be fooled.

Toured several of the units here (2 bed/2 bath). Building looks new from the outside, but is extremely dated and, honestly, beat to hell on the inside. The hallways reak of ammonia, likely from dogs peeing in the carpet and not being cleaned. The units which have been 'cleaned' already were truly awful. Literally everything which could be in some way damaged, stained, or otherwise beat up was in the unit. There was also an area in the 2nd bedroom which had water damage and pooling of water from ...

?somewhere was on the floor by the sliding door. Overall would live anywhere but here. STAY FAR AWAY.
