Landlord is terrible often run out of hot water. Have to use electric heater to heat apartments. Garbage all over yard. Very rude property managers. Worse place I have every rented. Wasn't cleaned when I moved in Seven Valley Realty is only interested in taking your money every month. No compassion lets awful tenants get away with anything and good ones they treat in an appalling fashion.
